How to Delete Your Notes
Deleting a note in the Notes Keeper app is simple. Just follow these steps:
1. Open the Saved Notes Section:
- Launch the Notes Keeper app.
- Navigate to the "Saved Notes" section where all your notes are stored.
2. Find the Note to Delete:
- Scroll through your list of saved notes to find the note you wish to delete.
3. Access More Options:
- Tap on the three dots icon (•••) located next to the note. This icon represents additional options for that particular note.
4. Delete the Note:
- From the dropdown menu that appears, select the "Delete" option.
- Confirm your choice if prompted, and the note will be removed from your saved notes.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account in Notes Keeper: Note, PDF & Draw, follow these steps:
1. Open the App: Launch the Notes Keeper app on your device.
2. Go to Your Profile: Tap on the profile button, typically in the screen's bottom left.
3. Select 'Delete Account': Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option and tap on it.
4. Confirm Your Decision: You may be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the process.
Once you confirm, your account and all associated data will be removed from our system.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, we remove the following information:
- Personal Information: Your name, email address, and any other personal details you’ve provided.
- Notes and Drawings: All notes, PDFs, drawings, and other content are stored within your account.
- Usage Data: Any app usage data and preferences associated with your account.
This ensures that all your personal and usage data is completely erased from our systems.
What Data Is Retained
After you request to delete your account, we keep the following data temporarily:
- Transaction Records: Any payment transactions and related financial records, as required for legal and tax purposes. These records are kept for a minimum period as mandated by law.
- Backup Copies: Backup copies of your data might be retained for a short period (typically up to 30 days) for system integrity and recovery purposes. These backups are not accessible and are securely deleted after the retention period.
